The mobile kitchen of Terre Selvagge by chef Alessandro Giuliani was born from the idea of offering cooking classes and a complete restaurant service in various public and private unexpected spaces, such as agricultural landscapes, historical companies, and places of culture.

Terre selvagge was born to create food experiences, researching raw materials and respecting seasonality, territoriality and the right production processes. Traditional but also modern cooking techniques are applied to transform simple ingredients into sensations and aromas.
